Install a sideloader
You need a sideloading tool to install the IPA. Two popular free options:

Sideload the IPA
Follow your chosen sideloader's guide, drop the downloaded .ipa file in, sign with your Apple ID, and press install. Once installed, trust the developer certificate under Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
Android
Android lets you install directly from the APK. Just allow installations from unknown sources.

Enable unknown sources
Open Settings → Security (or Apps → Special app access) and allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps.

Choose your version
Download the Offline APK (single player) or the Multiplayer APK from the Project Pocket Mortys community build.

Install the APK
Tap the downloaded .apk file and confirm the install. The game will launch with a shortcut added to your home screen.
